Cottage Grove United Church of Christ Council and Transition Team Invites members to a Moving Forward All Church Conversation Cottage Grove United Church of Christ is entering a new and exciting period as we continue to gather information for filling out the Local Church Profile as we seek to call a new pastor. Progress has been made but the Council and Transition Team could use your help as we move forward into shaping what we want for the future of our church. We means YOU – ALL OF US - together having a say in where we are going as a congregation. This enjoyable conversation will include the sharing of fellowship, sharing of food, and the sharing of stories. And believe it or not, we will be gathering data for the profile all at the same time. Come and see how. It will be fun. What: Moving Forward All Church Conversation When: Sunday, February 12, 2012 11:30 – 1:30 pm Where: Downstairs Fellowship Hall RSVP: Church Office by phone or email by 2/5/12. Come to church, stay for lunch and the “conversation” and be on your way home before 2:00 pm. We promise! Shrove Tuesday “Fat Tuesday” Pancake Dinner We will be having a pancake dinner at CGUCC on Shrove Tuesday, Feb. 21st from 5:00 to 7:30 pm. More info. to follow as they get it set up. Blood Drive Mark your calendars! The next Red Cross Blood Drive is scheduled for Thursday, August 16th from 1-6 pm.
