                 2. Community Outreach

 We meet the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesdays of each month at 10:00 a.m.  Our focus of study is the Daily Guideposts 2006 and Twelve Extraordinary Women by John MacArthur.

 Our prayer shawl project has continued as well as our Christmas project of adopting a family to provide with Christmas gifts.  The Tubman Family Alliance Women’s Shelter in St. Paul Park has been a new focus for our outreach.  We donated “Gladly Bears” for the children.  Also Carole and Betty sewed new window treatments for the shelter’s dining area and office.  We purchased new blinds for the same areas and with the help of Jerry and Ruby Stratton they were installed.
